Stripe is seeking a senior full-stack engineer with native Mandarin fluency to join our Support Experience Engineering team. You will help design and maintain high-scale tools that power global customer support, collaborating across Infrastructure, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry software engineering experience.
• Native Mandarin fluency.
• Full-stack engineering with front-end proficiency; React and Ruby are primary technologies.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable as a generalist across varying technologies to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack services and infrastructure to help agents resolve issues in real time.
• Expand and deepen live channel integrations across Stripe's global operations.
• Debug and solve production issues across services and stack levels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build features at scale and improve tooling.
• Maintain effective collaboration in a distributed, hybrid team.
