Job summary

Ellucian's Global Support organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop data assets, dashboards, and operational insights that drive informed decisions across technical support, operations, and leadership teams.

You will use Tableau, ServiceNow, Excel, and automation tools to deliver accurate reporting, refine BI solutions, and improve customer outcomes while maintaining data accuracy and scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

3+ years in business intelligence or analytics related to support operations.
Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with Tableau or similar BI platform.
Experience with support data metrics: SLA, backlog, escalations.
Strong attention to data accuracy and reliable reporting maintenance.
Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards and reporting tools for operation trends such as backlog and SLA.
Analyze support data and identify trends and opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical insights.
Deliver high-quality analyses, reports, and presentations with clear visuals.
Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting processes.
