Ellucian in Washington, DC, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Global Support organization. You’ll develop data assets, dashboards, and operational insights that enable informed decision‑making across technical support, operations, and leadership teams.

You’ll use Tableau, ServiceNow, Excel, and automation tools to deliver accurate reporting and to refine BI solutions for better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, support operations analytics, or related reporting/analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables; strong PowerPoint abilities.
• Experience building dashboards and deriving insights with Tableau or similar BI tool.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reliable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for Global Support and leadership stakeholders.
• Analyze support data, identify trends, assumptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with internal teams to define questions, choose analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality analyses, reports, and clear data visualizations for diverse audiences.
