The role emphasizes risk management, supplier performance, and the ability to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience (12+ years of total work experience).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with program goals.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships from RFIs to contracts.
• Lead supplier negotiations for best terms.
• Drive supplier performance via metrics and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program needs.
• Identify risks and ensure supply chain resilience.
