HP is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Planning to oversee supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines. This role leads a team of senior professionals, guides performance metrics, and aligns supply with strategic objectives across a global context.

The role focuses on implementing cost savings, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the supply chain. Travel up to 25% is anticipated to support regional/global initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain/operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supply and demand activities for multiple, complex product lines, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Lead a team of senior-level contributors and managers across a global business unit.
• Ensure products/services meet performance metrics defined by senior management and support KPI development.
• Manage strategic demand-supply matching to achieve key business metrics.
• Consult with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making.
• Create operational efficiencies and cost savings across the supply chain using process improvement and policy development.
• Lead regional/global trade compliance to optimize supply chain efficiencies.
• Oversee complex initiatives impacting the supply chain globally with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between internal resources and external partners.
• Participate in hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development; ensure tools support the team.
