Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Supply Network Planning Sr. Manager to lead a team of Supply Network Planners and ensure worldwide inventory allocations deliver optimal customer service.

You will collaborate with regional planning, marketing, external operations, and manufacturing to maintain clear processes for managing vulnerable supply situations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 8+ years in planning and 5+ years in supply chain, and S&OP/IBP experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree is desirable.
• APICS or Process Excellence certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience in planning, materials management, logistics, inventory control, sourcing, or procurement is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a supply chain role involving supply and/or demand planning is required.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies is required.
• Experience in S&OP or IBP is required.
• Strong analytical and financial skills are required.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customer service levels to target or above through value stream supply planning, rapid response planning, and escalation processes.
• Responsible for the weekly product/service vulnerability process.
• Lead Integrated Business Plan (IBP) discussions with Regional Plan teams and Commercial/Finance partners.
• Maintain tools and processes to analyze, review, and resolve misalignments between demand, supply, and capacity.
• Collaborate with regional planning partners to reconcile supply with demand and optimize customer service.
• Ensure activities comply with the Ethicon Quality System and company guidelines.
