Johnson & Johnson in Danvers, MA is seeking an Associate Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead global S&OP, forecasting, inventory management, and end-to-end execution. You will partner with commercial, regional teams, finance and operations to optimize performance across the cardiovascular and broader product portfolio.

The role emphasizes leveraging systems and technology, deep planning expertise, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations-related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, materials management, or manufacturing planning.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of DRP, MRP, and MPS; SAP Supply Chain modules (IBP, eWM, BW, MRP, MM).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and drive the global S&OP process for all products.
• Leads the monthly Global S&OP process and serves as the key liaison between commercial, regional teams, finance, and operations teams.
• Oversees long range forecast/scenario modeling with finance and other groups.
• Own forecast accuracy KPI and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Lead the end-to-end fulfillment process by driving cross-functional alignment to maintain inventory health and ensure on-time customer orders.
