Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Sr Manager, External Supply Planning-Orthopaedics, to lead planning across a multi-site global network (Raynham MA, Palm Beach Gardens FL, Raritan NJ, Warsaw IN, West Chester PA). You will drive master schedules, capacity reviews, and risk mitigation with a team of ~10, aligning with executive reviews and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant supply chain planning experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual, Quarterly, monthly and weekly supply planning processes for Depuy Synthes portfolio from vendor network.
• Develop Master production schedule by supplier site and engage in capacity reviews.
• Monitor supply performance and mitigate risks with corrective actions.
• Supervise demand, supply and executive reviews to achieve planning excellence.
