Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Supply Manager PCB/PCBA (Starship Electronics) in Hawthorne, CA. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost optimization across aerospace-grade components. On-site work is required, with travel up to 50%.

You will partner with stakeholders to establish SLAs, manage contracts, and drive value while mitigating risk in a fast-moving, high-stakes program.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 6+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material planning, operations or supply chain management.
• APICS certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to minimize risk and achieve cost targets.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to design strategic sourcing models.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance and SLAs.
• Lead cost- reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking for categories.
• Draft and finalize contract documentation with Legal.
• Drive year-over-year cost optimization and waste reduction.
• Establish supplier rosters and monitor KPIs across supply base.
