Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contracting, planning, or supply chain.
• Experience negotiating contracts and sourcing global suppliers is preferred.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply base to support sourcing for solar and battery space for Starlink hardware.
• Provide weekly status reporting and mentoring to the team.
• Work with suppliers to implement cost management strategies and drive value.
• Understand production equipment and use data analytics to find optimization opportunities.
• Build and own project budgets and capitalization plans based on timelines.
• Communicate equipment status, risks, and mitigation actions to management.
• Present proposals to executives on contracts, cost reviews, and risk reduction.
