Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 10+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management.
• Experience with large capital equipment procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies for energy, gas, and water categories to reduce risk and costs.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, KPI establishment, and contract compliance.
• Drive cost reduction projects, coordinate with stakeholders and track progress.
• Develop and manage supplier base, improve services and value delivery.
• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices within categories.
• Present strategic sourcing plans to executives and lead cross-functional teams.
