Job summary

Relativity Space is hiring a Global Supply Manager, Machining, to design and scale supply chains for complex machined components supporting the Terran R program. You will lead supplier selection, cost, quality, and delivery targets while partnering with propulsion, manufacturing, and planning teams to align procurement with program milestones.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain roles, aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience, and strong ERP skills (LN, SAP, Oracle).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
Experience managing suppliers for aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
Experience with ERP systems LN, SAP, Oracle.

Responsibilities

Design and scale supply chains for machined components and vehicle structures.
Lead sourcing and supplier management to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including supplier selection and long-term agreements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to ensure manufacturability alignment.
Mentor team members in precision machining processes and supplier development.
Improve sourcing processes and supplier health to readiness milestones.
