Fuego is redefining dance footwear, building sneakers for dance and everyday life. The Supply & Demand Planning Manager will align forecasting, inventory strategy, and logistics across 120+ countries, balancing global operations with hands-on inbound freight ownership.

This role blends big-picture planning with day-to-day problem solving, supporting both DTC and wholesale channels in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–10 years of operations experience in consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution for DTC and wholesale.
• Support merchandising, forecasting, and planning to ensure in-stock SKUs across channels.
• Oversee inbound freight across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Manage multiple third-party warehouse partners globally and 3PL networks.
• Monitor operational analytics and KPIs to surface insights and drive decisions.
• Identify and implement cost optimization across the supply chain.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
