Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise transformation and supply chain initiatives.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, hypergrowth environments.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Systems-thinking with ability to map interdependencies across people, process, data and tech.
• Strong IT, financial, and business acumen including business cases and ROI.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Executive presence and advisory skills for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Lead systems thinking and business process optimization across value streams.
• Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to align priorities.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases for executives.
• Lead change management and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability for programs.
