Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain roles, ideally food industry or related field
• 8+ years in global/regional strategic category management / procurement
• Strong experience in indirect categories (enterprise SaaS/cloud, MarTech)
• Experience leading procurement transformation initiatives
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders globally
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships at executive level
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across business
• Strong communication (presentation, verbal, writing) and ability to gain buy-in
• High intellectual curiosity and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Indirect Category and align procurement strategies with business priorities
• Manage strategic supplier ecosystems across technology, marketing, consulting, and growth platforms
• Partner with global and regional leads to meet broader business needs
• Deliver value through negotiations and partnerships, build business cases for long-term investments
• Mitigate category risks and ensure business continuity
• Support franchise relationships and align regional/global sourcing events
• Drive specification harmonization with brand teams
• Champion ESG goals within category and sourcing strategies
