Moog is seeking a Senior Director of Global Trade Compliance to lead enterprise-wide compliance strategy and governance. The role oversees a global team, sets policy, and partners with legal, supply chain, and business units to manage regulatory risk.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in trade compliance, strong knowledge of EAR/ITAR, and experience with trade automation initiatives. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or JD highly desirable.
• 10+ years of trade compliance experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Strong expertise in U.S. and international trade regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and apply effective trade compliance solutions.
• Experience managing global teams and complex programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience with regulatory agencies.
• JD or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the global trade compliance vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Establish governance for consistent implementation across regions and units.
• Set global policies for imports, exports, sanctions, customs, and security.
• Collaborate with legal, supply chain, and business teams to mitigate risk.
• Lead a global team of 35+ professionals across Moog locations.
• Design and implement automation and trade-focused tools.
