Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to develop tactical and strategic store inventory plans and set inventory levels to meet customer service and financial goals.

The role requires ERP and Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Onsite work four days a week with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Supply Chain or related Business field.
• Proficiency in planning systems and ERP; experience managing supply plans.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, balance priorities and work independently or in a team.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical and strategic store inventory plans and establish inventory levels to meet service, supply chain, and financial objectives.
• Ensure inventory is at the right place and optimize levels across the network.
• Collaborate with suppliers and plants to support buy plans and resolve supply gaps.
• Use ERP and reporting tools to plan and execute inventory activities.
• Communicate risks and plans with stakeholders to enable collaboration.
