Job summary

Community Coffee seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead complex demand, supply, and inventory planning across assigned product groups. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and 3PL partners to align assumptions and optimize service levels.

The role emphasizes advanced planning, risk management, and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function in an onsite, limited travel environment in Baton Rouge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6–8+ years of supply chain planning experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• CPIM/CSCP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand, supply, inventory, and replenishment planning for complex product groups.
• Evaluate forecasts, trends, promotions, and seasonal effects to inform decisions.
• Develop planning recommendations balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost.
• Lead cross‑functional planning discussions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and Procurement.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.
• Support product transitions, launches, and high‑impact promotions.
