You will partner with US and international teams to manage global inventory targets, schedule shipments, and drive continuous improvements in KPIs such as inventory turns and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in Material Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Infor LN experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Word.
• Exceptional international communication, strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving, process oriented.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory targets for direct sales locations; forecast demand and track backorders.
• Schedule US-origin air/sea shipments; optimize ocean freight for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, Product Management, Regional Sales and Finance.
• Lead GRIPTIP ownership: safety stock, inventory turns, on-time/in-full delivery.
• Coordinate NPI and legacy phase-outs; maintain planning triggers and ERP data.
• Drive global inventory improvements and KPI optimization.
