Job summary

INTEGRA Biosciences US is seeking a Global Planner to support supply chain excellence across our international operations. Based in Hudson, NH, the role balances demand, inventory, and logistics for GRIPTIP product lines.

You will collaborate with US and international teams, manage inventory targets, and guide lifecycle activities including NPI and legacy phase-outs to ensure on-time delivery and optimized stock levels.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2+ years in Material Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
ERP proficiency required; Infor LN experience preferred.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Exceptional international communication, strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities, and a proven process orientation.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Manage inventory targets for direct sales locations across Europe and Asia with daily reviews, demand forecasting, and backorder tracking.
Schedule US-origin air and sea shipments, maximizing ocean freight volume for cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Partner with US and international Logistics, Customer Service, Product Management, Regional Sales, and Finance to align product flow with demand.
Lead GRIPTIP product ownership, including safety stock levels, inventory turns, and on-time delivery for GRIPTIP lines.
Coordinate NPI and legacy product phase-outs; maintain planning triggers and demand data in the ERP system.
Drive initiatives to optimize global inventory processes, intercompany supply chain efficiency, and core KPIs.
