Job summary

IPG is seeking a Supply Planner I to support finished goods planning across a multi-plant network in Florida. You will build tactical supply plans, document processes, and collaborate with plants, sales, and product managers to optimize inventory and meet 95% fill rate targets.

Required skills include strong Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Logility or similar planning tools; travel up to 25% is expected. This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a Business discipline, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or Logistics.
• 0-2 years of supply planning experience in a multi-product / multi-locations environment
• Ability to communicate with Plants, Sales, Marketing and Product Managers
• Critical thinking skills
• Experience with Logility Planning software or comparable planning application
• Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
• Travel 10-25%

Responsibilities

• Create and document processes and maintain performance metrics.
• Develop tactical supply plans for all plants to cover the rolling 3 month time horizon that are valid and most cost effective for the business.
• Achieve 95% customer fill rate, measured as lines on time and complete.
• Provide a network rollup plan by product group and category.
• Hand off valid supply plans to scheduling team for execution; re-plan as necessary to ensure plans stay valid.
• Actively participate in all steps of the Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning processes.
