Job summary

BioMérieux Inc. is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage international and domestic stock levels across distribution centers. You will work with Export Coordinator to ensure on‑time, complete shipments and may train in export coordination as needed.

You will lead meetings, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to analyze data to drive informed decisions and improve performance.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with adaptability, critical thinking, and proactive communication.
• Perseverance and focus on outcomes; capable of cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Issue stock transfer orders and liaise with Export Coordinator to ensure adherence to plans.
• Lead regular meetings with subsidiary supply chain teams to align on the plan.
• Update planning parameters in SAP and analyze demand for reagents finished goods.
• Track KPIs, identify deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and improve the deployment strategy: transport modes, replenishment frequency, lead times.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and inventory managers to ensure stock availability worldwide.
• Back up other Replenishment Planners to ensure business continuity.
• Identify gaps in the S&OP process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
