Job summary

Unilever Prestige is seeking a supply planning specialist to manage international shipments and coordinate EU HUB warehouse operations. You will align with logistics, finance and customer service teams to keep orders moving smoothly across Europe and beyond.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in supply planning, strong English and French, and a proactive mindset. German is a plus, and you will engage with multiple stakeholders to optimize performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning and managing international shipments.
• Proactive mindset and forward-thinking approach.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics and sales teams.
• Performance- and improvement-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for EU HUB warehouse operations.
• Oversee order preparation and shipment tracking for diverse clients.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and monitor invoicing.
• Act as primary customer service contact, handling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Demand Planning.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with US/China, freight forwarders and customs.
