Job summary

Mondi plc is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee international paper logistics between European mills and US converters. You will manage end-to-end transport, domestic distribution, and sales order processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across systems.

The role requires 5–7 years in international logistics, strong knowledge of Incoterms, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record handling ocean freight imports into the USA and navigating US Customs regulations.
• Experience with U.S. domestic freight operations (FTL, LTL, intermodal).
• Experience managing high-volume B2B sales order administration and international trade terms (Incoterms).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics from European mills to US ports and domestic distribution to converters.
• Coordinate inland freight, warehousing, and final-mile distribution to meet production schedules.
• Manage sales orders from entry to delivery and billing, ensure data integrity.
• Ensure import documentation and regulatory paperwork comply with US laws.
• Maintain KPIs, freight cost records, and accurate logistics data in company systems.
• Act as liaison between European mills, freight forwarders, US brokers, and converters.
• Develop and maintain vendor/carrier relationships and resolve transport delays.
