You will collaborate with Transformation, IT, Finance, and Product teams to enable scalable execution and continuous improvement.

The role demands 12+ years of leadership in supply chain and a strong track record in analytics, governance, and cross-functional delivery to support Fluence's growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, supply chain, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of leadership in supply chain, operations, or analytics.
• Experience with ERP, planning, inventory, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating governance framework for Supply Chain systems, processes, analytics and data management.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management, Commercial and Finance.
• Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and tools across global Supply Chain.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting for leadership reviews.
• Coach and develop teams to sustain continuous improvement and operational excellence.
