Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Claremore, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and production planning.

The ideal candidate will manage BOMs and long-lead components while working with domestic and international suppliers. The role requires strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and travel as needed to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 5-10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead and oversee procurement, inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics (KPIs), identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
