Qualifications

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier performance. This role ensures materials and products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time, while supporting manufacturing and operational goals. The Supply Chain Manager works cross-functionally to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial machinery, heavy equipment, automotive, or aerospace supply chains
• Certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• Multi-site supply chain management experience
• Experience with global sourcing and logistics

Work Environment
