Weber Blackstone’s Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Rotational Program in Palatine, IL (and possible Huntley/Elgin locations) offers four six-month rotations across planning, sourcing, manufacturing operations, and logistics. Participants will own responsibilities in each role while completing strategic projects, guided by leadership mentors.
The program emphasizes hands-on experience, site tours, exposure to supply chain executives, and networking events, with a hybrid work
Qualifications
- Internship or work experience in supply chain management, engineering, and/or manufacturing is desired.
- Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Planning or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of achieving results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through four functional assignments over two years with six-month durations.
- Lead and support planning, sourcing, operations, and logistics activities.
- Complete strategic projects identified with leadership during each rotation.
