Whirlpool Corporation invites outstanding students to join the Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (GSCLDP) Internship, a 12-week immersive experience in procurement or supply chain operations. Interns own high-impact projects and gain exposure across functions, with potential opportunities for full-time roles after graduation.

Work locally in Benton Harbor, MI, with housing support and access to development programs and leadership networking.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree with plans to graduate before or by May 2029.
• Current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Integrated Supply Management, Applied Engineering Sciences, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Must have indefinite US work authorization. Visa sponsorship not available now or in the future.
• All candidates meeting minimum qualifications will be asked to complete online assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within Inventory Management such as SKU analysis, dashboard performance or data validation; provide resolutions and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage projects within Inbound or Outbound Transportation such as carrier selection & routing strategy, carrier utilization, materials management.
• Coordinate with partners across Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing.
• Be part of the production planning team and learn standard operating procedures and planning processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps for inventory control systems to drive improvements.
