The Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (GSCLDP) is a high-impact,three-year rotational program designed to fast-track early-career talent by embedding you in real-world global challenges from day one.As a GSCLDP participant, you will leverage cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and customer-centric strategies to manage an unmatched global fulfillment network.## **Program Structure & Rotations**Over three 12-month rotations, you will dive into key business areas to build cross-functional expertise. Public transportation is not available.*## **Minimum Requirements*** Completion of a Bachelor's degree by May 2027.* Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial or Applied Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.* Current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.* Must have indefinite US work authorization.
