Job summary

Probi USA is seeking a Director, Global Supply Chain to lead, design, and optimize the company’s U.S.-based supply chain. You will guide strategic planning, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing coordination with external partners to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.

You will report to senior leadership, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing global supply chain organization with a focus on scalability, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in pharma/biotech/nutraceuticals or food industries.
• 5–10 years of leadership in senior supply chain roles.
• Global supply chain leadership including internal manufacturing and external contract manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, data analytics, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Probi's U.S.-based supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to optimize terms and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Report KPIs and risks to executive leadership and stakeholders.
