Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy, optimizing cost, supplier performance, and inventory. You will lead sourcing, category management, supplier relationships, and logistics, while partnering with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Commercial to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
10+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or strategic sourcing preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience overseeing supply chain functions and teams.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, category mgmt, supplier relationships, logistics, inventory, and procurement operations.
Proven ability to implement strategies that drive value and efficiency.
Experience with ERP, inventory systems, procurement software, reporting tools, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-wide supply chain strategies aligned with objectives.
Lead strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationships, and procurement initiatives.
Direct inventory planning and procurement-to-pay processes and governance.
Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor savings, inventory, supplier performance, and budgets.
Manage end-to-end logistics including transportation and last-mile where applicable.
Drive continuous improvement via analytics, automation, AI initiatives, and systems enhancements.
Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel and support talent growth.
