Actalent is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Denver to lead procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management. You will oversee a team of buyers and logistics professionals, drive cost and inventory improvements, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure reliable customer delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation, and global purchasing experience, with travel to international suppliers and a hands‑on approach to systems and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide procurement leadership by managing an International Buyer and Logistics Manager and setting priorities.
• Own the strategic sourcing process including supplier onboarding and management.
• Lead supplier performance with scorecards, audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee global procurement, landed costs, and Incoterms.
• Ensure inventory by analyzing forecasts, usage, and lead times.
• Mitigate supply risk with backup and dual sourcing.
• Maintain ERP records, approvals, contracts, dashboards and audit readiness.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT for smooth delivery.
• Use data analysis to monitor procurement performance and trends.
• Travel domestically and internationally to visit suppliers and audit.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and team structure.
