Job summary

Echo Precast Engineering NV is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead Purchasing, Warehouse, Internal Logistics and Supplier Quality. You will optimize material flows, reduce supply risks and ensure maximum material availability while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Project Management and Service.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master degree, 5+ years in machine building, ERP experience and fluent Dutch and English. International purchasing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in machine building or technical manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and international purchasing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply chain strategy and optimize material flows.
• Lead Purchasing, Warehouse and Supplier Quality functions.
• Ensure production readiness with timely material availability and KPIs.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, contracts and sourcing.
• Manage supplier quality via audits, incoming quality, corrective actions.
