Job summary

The role emphasizes data-driven purchasing, on-time delivery, and collaboration with finance on invoicing and records. This position requires 5–7 years in manufacturing procurement and experience with Epicor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 5-7 years of work experience in purchasing, buying or procurement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Secures and analyzes quotations; negotiates prices and terms with suppliers.
• Advances company sourcing programs; verifies nomenclature and specs of purchase requests.
• Prepares and issues purchase orders, change notices, and notifies departments of delivery changes.
• Coordinates supplier communications on quality matters and engineering changes.
• Maintains procurement records and ensures access to certification/test reports.
