Scanlan International, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain & Instrumentation Operations to lead our global supply chain, including demand planning, purchasing, outsourced manufacturing, supplier management, and instrument repair operations.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align activities with business objectives, establishes KPIs and dashboards, and drives continuous improvement across the organization. Based at our St.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• MBA or related master's preferred is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global supply chain operations including demand planning, purchasing, outsourced manufacturing, supplier management, and inventory planning.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, mitigate risk, and ensure reliable product availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with organizational objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive accountability and data-driven decisions.
• Direct procurement activities including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to drive quality and long-term value.
• Oversee inventory planning, logistics, order fulfillment, and risk management to minimize disruptions.
• Lead instrument repair operations and manufacturing engineering oversight to improve productivity.
