Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead the Global Logistics category from Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work schedule. You will develop multi-year strategies, manage complex negotiations, and build strategic supplier partnerships across ocean, air, parcel, 3PL, warehousing, and TL/LTL. Travel up to 10% may be required.

You will partner across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver measurable value and risk management in Bose's worldwide logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with logistics, transportation, or supply chain service providers.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics categories (ocean, air, parcel, 3PL, warehousing, TL/LTL).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with Bose's global supply chain objectives.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee execution.
• Build executive-level supplier partnerships and governance (QBRs, scorecards, continuous improvement).
• Monitor market trends, capacity, and risks; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations to ensure aligned sourcing strategies.
• Present category strategies and business cases to senior leadership.
