Precision Castparts Corp. in California is seeking a Senior Director Global Supply Chain to lead the PCC Fasteners Division's supply chain strategy.

You will integrate material, information, and financial flows to ensure product availability at the lowest cost and working capital levels. Qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• MBA preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Planning and 5+ years leading supply chain planning for multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop global purchasing strategy to deliver maximum value and standardization.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to support core business needs.
• Identify and execute total cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet cost and time targets.
• Track and report KPI metrics monthly (price, delivery, terms, quality).
• Purchase goods by securing price, capacity, and service levels per sourcing strategies.
• Implement supplier strategy and assess suppliers to meet business needs.
