Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute RFQs to qualified suppliers
• Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives
• Analyze pricing with suppliers to find cost-effective solutions
• Purchase all services and supplies through approved requisition processes
• Negotiate, process and expedite goods/services with operations requirements
• Reconcile A/P weekly to ensure receipts
• Enter all Purchase Orders into the system and maintain documentation
• Expedite and track orders as necessary
• Travel up to 10% to meet with suppliers
