Job summary

SPX Technologies, within its Cooling Technologies division, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain across global facilities. You will drive standardized processes, optimize logistics design, and elevate performance with the supplier base and materials teams to meet customer demand.

You will develop materials strategies, lead SIOP initiatives, and mentor Supply Chain professionals while collaborating with operations, finance, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• MBA or comparable degree preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentations skills
• Fluent in English; travel up to 30%
• Knowledge of SAP and international law advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Package Cooling supply chain across manufacturing sites.
• Establish and audit standardized SOPs, KPI dashboards, and SIOP frameworks.
• Mentor and coach Supply Chain personnel and communicate with stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance and material replenishment across the network.
• Support SIOP/S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
