Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of global manufacturing experience with increasing responsibilities in multi-site environments.
• International experience strongly preferred.
• Travel is essential (25%+).

• Develop and execute short and long-term sourcing strategies that support technical, quality and commercial requirements.
• Optimize cost and supply chains across categories.
• Lead supplier identification, selection, negotiation, and contracting to drive value.
