Nextern in Minnesota seeks a Director, Global Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain across U.S. and international sites, aligning with NOS, driving process maturity, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires building teams, defining standards, and partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and IT to realize scalable, resilient operations. Travel up to 15% may be required.
