Job summary

RightPro Staffing is seeking an Executive Director of Supply Chain Management to lead the development, deployment, and execution of group-wide supply chain initiatives across a decentralized, multi-site manufacturing network. Reporting to the Group President, this role will build capabilities, elevate supplier performance, optimize working capital and inventory, and mitigate global supply risk.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in supply chain leadership within high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's in SCM, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience navigating multi-site decentralized structures and earning plant-floor respect.
• Deep knowledge of high-SKU inventory, international trade compliance, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership and matrix alignment across site operations.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, and trade management to optimize costs and working capital.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and inventory workflows.
• Identify and integrate emerging supply chain technologies and analytics across entities.
