Corning Incorporated in Massachusetts seeks a Director, Global Supply Chain, Life Science Technologies, to lead the global supply chain for Life Sciences. You will drive the strategy, align capabilities with current and future needs, and oversee planning, inventory, logistics, and sourcing to deliver value to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing in an plant operations role, e.g., team leader, value stream leader or production meeting
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of operations and supply chain management experience in progressively senior positions across multiple functions.
• Experience leading global teams, including matrix assignments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the development and deployment of a strategy.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Plant or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division’s global supply chain strategy, aligning operations with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Oversee integrated business planning, including SIOP/IBP, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
• Build scalable processes, systems, and operating models to improve agility, profitability, and long-term performance.
• Develop and strengthen a high-performing global organization using metrics to improve service, cost, and cash flow.
