Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business, supply chain, or related discipline required.
• Experience leading manufacturing in a plant operations role is preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years in operations and supply chain management across multiple functions.
• Global team leadership experience and matrix organization involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division’s global supply chain strategy in line with business priorities and growth.
• Oversee SIOP/IBP, inventory, demand, and supply planning across internal and external partners.
• Build scalable processes and operating models; drive lean, governance, and compliance.
• Develop a high-performing global organization using metrics to improve service, cost and cash flow.
