Job summary

Accenture Consulting seeks a Principal Director to lead Life Sciences Supply Chain and PLM/CMC transformation for pharma, biotech, and medtech. You will drive strategy, shape offerings, and guide multi-disciplinary teams across client accounts.

Travel up to 75% is expected. You will develop business opportunities, apply AI-enabled approaches, and advance thought leadership while delivering measurable value for patients and health systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a management consulting or strategy consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain with PLM and digital CMC.
• Drive business and technology transformations using PLM, CMC, data as a product and AI.
• Understand business value levers for PLM/CMC reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and beyond.
• Manage end-to-end business development to bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Lead global Accenture teams to deliver project work leveraging AI and data/AI transformations.
• Provide clear communications to manage senior level client relationships and delivery excellence.
• Own PLM/CMC thought leadership across Life Sciences.
