Hyve Solutions seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end material readiness, supply planning, and capacity execution for cloud services. You will drive global fulfillment and inventory management across complex compute, storage, networking, and AI rack integrations, while guiding a team of managers.

The role emphasizes system and process development, AI utilization, dashboard development, and achievement of strategic KPIs, with cross-functional and customer-facing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership in data center/OEM/hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of server hardware infrastructure including compute, networking, and AI rack integration.
• Proven track record of directing Supply Chain Program Managers and collaborating across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Rack-Scale Integration & Supply Planning: lead global supply chain execution and CTB tracking.
• Cross-Functional Sourcing Collaboration: align component allocations with Strategic Sourcing.
• NPI to MP Production Transition: ensure seamless handoffs and ramp from prototype to mass production.
• Fulfillment & Capacity Management: drive production scheduling and capacity across sites.
• Risk & Continuity Management: mitigate component constraints and supply chain volatility.
• Data-Driven Operations: use forecasting models to optimize inventory velocity and KPIs.
• Dashboard Development & Reporting: create or enhance dashboards with BizOps/IT and AI analytics.
