Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an Executive Director of Global Supply Chain for PCBA supply planning to orchestrate material planning, demand translation, and allocation across our high-demand PCBA program.

You will lead a global team of supply planners, translate hyperscale forecasts into executable production plans, optimize S&OP, and maintain inventory health while partnering with silicon vendors and foundries to ensure unconstrained factory builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 10+ years electronics hardware supply planning with 5+ years leading planning teams.
• Deep knowledge of PCBA materials, BOM processes, and global logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP and translate 12–18 month forecasts into multi-tier supply plans.
• Model capacity constraints to identify bottlenecks before impact on delivery.
• Own global PCBA CTB tracking and ensure real-time parts readiness.
• Mitigate shortages with workarounds, part reallocation, and alternative sourcing.
• Establish inventory buffers and collaborate with foundries on material readiness.
• Oversee transition of materials from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
