Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager to advance enterprise risk and compliance programs across a global manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate strategies into practical processes and sustainable ways of working. This highly visible role reports to the Global Compliance and Legal Ops leader and requires collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Typically, a bachelor's degree in business, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Over six years of program or project management experience in a global business environment.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder alignment across functions and regions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Moog's enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs.
• Design future-state processes aligned with policy, regulatory obligations, and operational needs; implement enabling technology and support adoption.
• Support the design and deployment of role-based training and micro-learning assets; ensure global accessibility and comprehension.
• Implement communication plans, including launch announcements, FAQs, and playbooks, tailored to diverse global audiences.
