Job summary

Pasona Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Fremont, CA to manage MRP/material planning, purchasing, and supplier management for semiconductor capital equipment operations.

You will ensure materials are available to meet production and customer requirements, coordinate with overseas teams in Japan, Vietnam, and China, and support logistics and ERP administration. The role requires Japanese and English proficiency, a bachelor's degree, and strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and procure components/materials based on production and sales demand.
• Run MRP daily and monitor inventory requirements.
• Create/manage purchase orders, part numbers, BOMs, and inventory data.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and overseas affiliates.
• Negotiate pricing, review bids/contracts, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
